Willow has positioned itself as the “cosmetic weight loss” brand. It’s bold, it’s controversial—but it’s also very user-friendly.
I took their 2-minute quiz and answered everything honestly. Within minutes, I was pre-approved. I paid $299 for their Semaglutide Plus plan, which includes personalized formulation with things like B12.
The next day, a board-certified doctor reviewed my case and approved me. Even though I didn’t actually need the meds (I was testing the process), I requested a refund. They sent it immediately. No hassle.

They do offer compounded GLP-1s too, but only if you commit to a multi-month supply. No month-to-month options for those. Their process felt clunkier overall, but still legit. Once approved, you do get access to care teams, coaching, and more—but at a premium price.
If you can afford brand-name Wegovy®, and want everything under one roof, Hers is a solid choice. But you’re paying for convenience and brand recognition.
Is Willow Legit?
